Microdermabrasion $90 (60 minutes)

Express Hydrafacial $195 (30 minutes)

Purifying Hydrafacial $220 (45 minutes)
Added time for additional extractions and the use of Blue LED light therapy to interrupt the production of acne-causing bacteria.

Deluxe Hydrafacial $245 (45 minutes)

Ear Candling $35 (60 minutes)
Ear candling is non-invasive and has a relaxing effect. The ear candle is lit on the wide end and heat is not felt in the ear canal. The gentle vacuum effect of the flame causes debris to be drawn up the into candle.

Swedish Massage
(30 minutes – $35 / 60 minutes – $50)
A gentle massage that uses smooth, gliding strokes, kneading and  manipulations of the muscles performed at your chosen pressure. In a Swedish massage, there is less emphasis on working out chronic underlying muscle tension — the adhesions or “knots” and muscle restrictions in the muscle tissue. The goal is to aid in de-stressing and loosening up your body.  It is great for those who have had a hard working week or feel like treating themselves to some TLC. 

Therapeutic Massage
(30 minutes – $40 / 60 minutes – $55)
Therapeutic Massage typically focuses more on particular areas of discomfort and uses deeper pressure and cross-fiber friction in order to release tissue that is adhered or in spasm. The therapist will be focusing on your area of complaint (ie. shoulders, lower back and right hip) instead of trying to do a full-body massage during one session. The therapist might recommend a series of sessions at recommended intervals, and indicate the kind of progress you can expect during that time. She can recommend other ways of treating the area, such as using heat, ice, hydrotherapy, or stretches. If appropriate, the therapist might refer you to another health professional for further assessment and treatment.

Neuromuscular/Trigger Point Release
(60 minutes – $70)
Specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. In this type of massage, the recipient actively participates through deep breathing as well as identifying the exact location and intensity of the discomfort.

Prenatal Massage for Mom and Baby
(60 minutes – $60)
Gently soothe swelling, relieve back, leg and hip pain and have a more enjoyable pregnancy.

Sports Massage
(15 minutes – $40 / 30 minutes – $55)
Sports Massage is a systematic manipulation of the soft tissues of the body that focuses on muscles relevant to a particular sport.

Chair Massage
($2 per minute, 15 minute minimum)
Chair massage is a style of seated massage that is typically short — 10-15 minutes — and focuses on your back, shoulders and neck and arms. For chair massage, you are seated in a special chair with your face resting in a cradle, looking down towards the floor, with supports for your arms.

Sinus Lymphatic Drainage ($40)
A stuffy nose, sore throat and pain around your face and eyes can all mean that your common cold has turned into a miserable sinus infection. This relaxing facial massage will aid in opening up the sinuses and relieving sinus pressure.
